Pharmacology varies significantly in pediatrics (drug dosing and delivery) and the traditional approach of adjusting by weight and body surface area requires integration also of developmental age and sex - to properly deliver the intended therapy. In this session, we will discuss the needed adjudications to account for sex based and unique metabolic consumption parameters and body composition while also integrating the aspect of age over time.
