Maya Dewan, MD, MPH (she/her/hers)

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center

Dr. Maya Dewan is a pediatric intensivist and physician scientist working at Cincinnat Children's Hospital Medical Center. Her research focuses on the use of the electronic health record to increase situation awareness to aid in the prediction and prevention of deterioration in PICU patients. Her goal is to improve the care of the sickest pediatric patients through outstanding medical care and cutting-edge research. Beyond her role as an attending physician, she is also an associate professor in the Division of Critical Care Medicine and the Division of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Cincinnati and the division director for Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
