**Dr. Nneka O. Sederstrom, PhD, MPH, MA, FCCP, FCCM**, is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with over a decade of leadership in health equity, clinical ethics, and innovative care delivery. As the Chief Health Equity Officer at Hennepin Healthcare System, she has championed transformative initiatives to reduce disparities, improve patient outcomes, and integrate equity into organizational policies and care models.
