Nationwide Children's Hospital At Ohio State University
Jordan Brauner, MD is a 3rd year pediatric critical care fellow at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate degree and received her medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh before coming to Nationwide Children's Hospital for her critical care fellowship.
She studies host-pathogen interactions with an emphasis on the immune response in children. She uses translational techniques to interrogate immune dysregulation with the ultimate goal of targeting dysfunctional immune responses with novel therapeutics to improve outcomes in pediatric illness.
She is also involved with the NCH hospital wide QI initiative surrounding VTE reduction in children.
