Dr. Erica Marie Evans, MD is completing her fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She completed her undergraduate education at Stanford University, followed by medical school at the University of Minnesota Medical School. During her tenure at UCSF, Dr. Evans completed her pediatrics residency and a chief resident year. She is currently on a NIH T32 training grant. Her scholarly work is focused on ARDS, specifically how to use RNA sequencing of nasal and BAL samples to better understand the pathophysiology and categorization of acute lung injury in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
