John V. Agapian, MD, FACS, FCCM is an Associate Profesor of Surgery with the University of California, Riverside, and is a Trauma Surgeon at Riverside University Health System ACS verified Level I Trauma Center. He has served as Chair of Society of Critical Care Medicine's Neuroscience Section, and is now immediate past chair.
As a California native, he has finished the LA Marathon every year for the last two decades, and has also done IRONMAN 70.3 in Kona Hawaii.
In his free time, he enjoys surfing and traveling with his family to support his son with his Supercross races.
