Bridgette Kram, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, FCCM received her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2008, and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Currently, Dr Kram is a Medical ICU Clinical Pharmacist at Duke University Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Education at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Her research and process improvement interests include management of pain, agitation and delirium in mechanically-ventilated adults, infectious diseases, medication safety and transitions of care.
