Dr. Elizabeth C. Rosen is a Vascular Neurology fellow at University at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. She completed medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2019 and residency in Child Neurology at the University at Buffalo in June 2024. She began her Neurology training subsequently upon completion of Pediatrics and servied as Chief Resident during her final year of residency. Dr. Rosen served as the QI resident liaison of the Adult and Child Neurology residencies at University at Buffalo, as well as a Pediatrics/Neurology STEP Prep preceptor for St. George’s University School of Medicine. She continues to pursue her QI passions at Tufts, in addition to working as ambassador for SGU to recruit pre-med students from the Boston area. Her main research interests within Child Neurology have been focused primarily on Pediatric Neurocritical Care and Stroke, specifically with patients who suffer from various disorders of consciousness. She was Neurocritical Care Society’s Mentor/Mentee Award Winner in 2022 for her research in this field. Her professional passions include pediatric and young adult stroke, as well as transitions of care for pediatric neurology patients transitioning to adult providers. Her interests outside of medicine include street and commercial hip-hop dance, skiing, and all things Star Wars.
