G. Christopher (Chris) Wood, Pharm.D., FCCP, FCCM, BCCCP is a Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Translational Science at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy on the Memphis campus. Dr. Wood completed his Pharm.D. degree (1996), critical care/nutrition support residency (1997), and critical care fellowship (1999) all at UTHSC. He joined the faculty of UTHSC in 1999. Dr. Wood practices as a critical care clinical pharmacist at the Level 1 trauma center at Regional One Health, where he is also the residency program director for the ASHP-accredited PGY2 critical care residency. Dr. Wood has published over 90 manuscripts and book chapters and has received funding as a principal or co-investigator from ASHP, ACCP, SIDP, SCCM and the pharmaceutical industry. He has also served as a Regent on the Board of Regents for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
