Edwin Soto Jr., MBA, BS, RRT, NPS, ACCS, is the Adult & Pediatric Cardiopulmonary Manager at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Medical Center Downtown. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, he has worked across various specialties including biomedical research, clinical practice, and management. His research has focused on the molecular pathways governing tumor growth, cell adhesion, metastasis, and retinoid signaling. In clinical practice, Mr. Soto has provided respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations, including transport and critical care. As a manager, he is involved in overseeing clinical operations, developing policies, and leading quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.
