Andrew Bissonette, M.D., is a combined emergency, internal, and critical care medicine staff physician at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, where he serves as an associate program director for the internal medicine residency and the director of critical care ultrasound for the Divison of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He is a testamer of the National Board of Echocardiography's Examination of Special Competence in Critical Care Echocardiography (CCEeXAM). He chairs the Henry Ford Health Graduate Medical Education program's Bedside Procedure Committee. He serves as an assistant clinical professor of emergency and internal medicine for both the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and Wayne State University School of Medicine. He has chaired didactic sessions and presented his own research at national emergency medicine and critical care conferences.
