Ana Chavez Velasquez, MD, is completing her third-year Internal Medicine Residency at Texas Health Resources HEB/Denton in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. On July 1st, she will begin her fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
With her international background and education in Peru, Dr. Chavez brings valuable global insights to her medical practice. She earned her Medical Degree and Bachelor in Medicine from Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego in Trujillo, Peru. Her academic excellence is further demonstrated by her Master's in Clinical Research Sciences and specialized certifications in Occupational Health and Ultrasonography, enhancing her comprehensive approach to patient care.
