Katelin Hernandez, PharmD is a pharmacist currently completing a PGY2 residency in critical care at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy, Dr. Hernandez holds experience across critical care disciplines, including surgical intensive care unit, emergency medicine, and neuroscience intensive care. Her passion lies in optimizing patient outcomes in high-acuity settings, leveraging her background in both research and clinical practice.
Dr. Hernandez’s dedication to advancing the field is evident through her involvement in research, such as evaluating thromboembolic complications post-factor Xa inhibitor reversal. She is also working toward a teaching certificate at the University of Cincinnati, reflecting her commitment to educating and mentoring future pharmacists.
