Dr. Mohsin Zaidi is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He received both his Masters degree in Physiology and Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed clinical training at the University of Michigan and has experience in both private practice and academic medicine. He is a member of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Critical Care Anesthesiology Team (CCAT), the ECMO team, and the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team. In addition to his numerous clinical duties and committee service obligations, Dr. Zaidi is heavily involved in education and gives formal didactic lectures to medical students, residents, and fellows on a wide range of basic science and clinical topics. He is an ECMO instructor for the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) Simulation Courses and has been an invited speaker at the ELSO Annual Meeting on ECMO topics.
