Applications are open for for both mentors and mentees in SCCM's Immigrant Critical Care Professional (ICCP) Mentorship Program. Members of the ICCP Task Force will hold a panel discussion to shed light on the multifaceted challenges faced by immigrant critical care professionals. This program seeks not only to benefit immigrant professionals themselves but also to offer valuable insights for employers and community leaders within this demographic. In a world grappling with ongoing healthcare crises, the contributions and struggles of immigrant critical care professionals are often overlooked. Speakers will highlight the diverse narratives of these professionals, offering guidance and understanding to a broader audience.
