Liver is the only organ in the body which has a capacity to regenerate , it is very difficult to predict which patients will recover without the need for transplant or or will die if transplant is not offered. In this talk, various prognostic models to predict the need for transplantation will be discussed which would help the delegates to make informed decision in the day-to-day practice
