Dr. Spezzano is a MICU critical care pharmacy specialist at University of Kentucky HealthCare in Lexington, KY. She obtained her doctorate of pharmacy at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and completed a critical care residency at the University of Chicago Medicine. Her research interests include PADIS, shock states, toxicology, and TTM. Outside of work, Dr. Spezzano enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, playing a good board game or round of trivia, and exploring new restaurants.
