Rachel C. Wolfe, PharmD, MHA, BCCCP, FCCP, is a Perioperative Clinical Pharmacy Specialist & Supervisor at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Wolfe earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She completed her residency training at University of Kentucky HealthCare, where she specialized in critical care. At Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Dr. Wolfe is a leader of clinical pharmacy services in an expansive perioperative and procedural environment within the academic medical center and also at the level of the BJC HealthCare system. Dr. Wolfe collaborates closely with the Departments of Anesthesiology, Surgery, Perioperative Services, Information Technology, and Pharmacy to develop and implement evidenced-based protocols and guidelines and is a prominent leader within the hospital’s enhanced recovery after surgery programs.
